Oolite Media LLC, in Bozeman montana, is proud to offer a new website inspired by Yellowstone science. This site is dedicated to the women and men who have devoted their lives to the study and understanding of Yellowstone science and history. Yellowstone is probably the greatest natural laboratory on earth. Our mission is to profile the contributions of select researchers, historians and educators and to inspire new generations seeking truth and human understanding in a complex and chaotic world.

The stories on this site are not transient feature articles but permanent profiles of individuals and their work meant to educate and stimulate the quest for knowledge. Articles and films here can be used as part of school curriculums or as personal learning tools to support the true purpose of science, to understand our world and to become better stewards.
